Portland, Oregon is now on the top of my destination list. It has everything I want: coffee enthusiasm, eco-fanatics, a thriving indie music scene and a plethora of hipsters. Sign me up. Also, I just discovered Portlandia, which has catalyzed my addiction. Please please watch this show.

On the schedule: Going to Powell's Bookstore, which is the largest independent new and used bookstore in the world.
